Semiconductor Product Engineer: IC Yield & Reliability Lead

IC Resources is currently seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to take full responsibility for IC production development and IC production quality across wireless and automotive devices. You will plan qualification and reliability programs and drive yield enhancement initiatives.

The role requires strong semiconductor product engineering experience, IC test (ATE) knowledge, and a background in quality and reliability standards.
