SEN Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 & Classroom Impact

Academics is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support primary students in Stafford and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting pupils with diverse needs, including EHCPs, under the guidance of teachers and school staff.

A Level 3 TA qualification or recent relevant experience is required. The position is part-time with daily duties and a competitive rate (£93–£110 per day) and flexible placement opportunities across multiple schools in the Stafford region.
