SEN Learning Support Assistant – Flexible, Impactful Roles

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in Grays and the surrounding Thurrock area. Roles range from day-to-day, bank, to long-term and permanent opportunities starting September 2026.

You will work with children with SEN, helping them access education and develop independence, often one-to-one or in small groups. We welcome applicants with SEN experience and a patient, collaborative approach.
