SEN Nanny

Fred, 9, is bright, affectionate and imaginative, loving animals, outdoor activities, rugby, swimming, kickboxing, Lego and games. Fred has dyslexia, a history of speech delay, anxiety and emotional dysregulation, particularly around school and transitions.

He needs calm, reassuring support that recognises behaviour as communication.

Essential Experience: Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH. Experience supporting children with emotional dysregulations.

Desirable: Positive Behaviour Support Experience. Trauma-informed care experience.

Driver Required: Yes - full driving licence; own car preferred. This rewarding role offers the chance to build a genuine relationship and make a meaningful difference.

The SEN Nanny / Manny should be warm, patient and emotionally intelligent, with relevant SEN or SEMH and emotional dysregulation experience.
