Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with PMLD and complex needs in a Saltburn-area specialist setting. The role is full-time and ongoing, with pay depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work alongside teachers to promote inclusion, manage behaviours that challenge, and help pupils reach their potential, while building positive relationships in a supportive team.
