We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Solihull and become an important part of a child's learning journey.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Helping children with additional needs engage with learning
- Supporting pupils with autism, communication and behavioural needs
- Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils
- Encouraging confidence, independence and social development
- Working alongside teachers and other professionals to give every child the support they need
What we're looking for
You don't need to have years of experience - the right attitude matters just as much.
