These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
- Use creative and innovative approaches to help pupils achieve their full potential
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
We're Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent ✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEN, or a strong interest in specialist education ✅ Excellent classroom management and communication skills ✅ A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach ✅ Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusive education ✅ Commitment to helping every pupil succeed
