SEN Teaching Assistant — Autism & Behaviour Support

Education Network in Lincoln near the city centre is seeking a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide specialist support for pupils with Autism, ADHD and EBD. The role combines 1:1 work, small-group intervention and classroom support to help pupils follow routines, regulate behaviour and access learning.

A 2:2 degree in a creative subject, clear communication, and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) are required, with career goals in educational or clinical psychology.
