SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs (ASAP Start, Portsmouth)

Academics is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with profound and complex needs across Portsmouth schools. The roles span 2–19 year olds on up to 3 sites, with a daily rate of £93 and full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

Starting ASAP or from September 2026, the role requires enthusiasm, resilience and a proactive, adaptable approach to challenging behaviour and individual needs.
