We're recruiting an ALN Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded Specialist Resource Base within a school in the Vale of Glamorgan.

This role would suit someone who understands that every child learns differently and is passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential.

Your role:

Support pupils with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs Assist with personalised learning programmes Promote communication, emotional wellbeing and independence Work alongside teachers, therapists and support staff Create a calm, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Ideal candidates:

Teaching Assistant qualification desirable Experience in education, care, youth work or support roles Understanding of Additional Learning Needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Resilient, empathetic and adaptable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
