SEN Teaching Assistant - Daventry
Location: Daventry
Pay: Up to £105 per day PAYE, depending on experience
Start: September
Contract: Full-time
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Daventry from September.
The school is seeking someone who can provide consistent, hands-on support to pupils with additional needs and help create a calm, inclusive environment where every child can make progress.
The role will include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assisting with learning activities and helping pupils access the curriculum
Supporting children with their social, emotional and behavioural development
Working alongside teachers and other support staff to meet individual needs
Encouraging pupils to develop their confidence, independence and communication skillsWe are looking for someone who is patient, reliable and genuinely passionate about working with children. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable, although relevant experience in a care, support or education setting will also be considered.
The role starts in September, with pay of up to £105 per day PAYE depending on experience.
