Protocol Education are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Romford.

The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with their learning and develop both academically and socially.

The Role

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN Support pupils with their learning and development Assist with classroom activities and lessons Encourage positive behaviour and engagement Work closely with teachers and other support staff Help pupils develop their confidence and independence Adapt support to meet individual pupils' needs The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN Experience within a primary school setting is desirable Patient, caring and understanding Confident supporting pupils with a range of needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic Available to work full-time Location: Romford Setting: Primary School Hours: Full-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
