You will work closely with students-both face-to-face and online -following individual EHCP plans to build their core knowledge while significantly boosting their confidence and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities
Tailored Tuition: Delivering engaging 1:1 or small group sessions (up to 1:6) that cater to a range of learning styles.
Strategic Planning: Creating lesson plans aligned with EHCP objectives and students' specific interests.
Progress Tracking: Assessing student development and recording attainment levels via our internal reporting system.
