SEN Tutor
to provide
1:1 tuition and personalised support
to a
Key Stage 1 student
with SEN in the
Sittingbourne
area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
SEN Tutor , Teacher, HLTA or experienced education professional who enjoys building strong relationships and creating engaging, personalised learning experiences. The Role: Provide tailored 1:1 tuition to a student with SEN Create a
positive, supportive and engaging learning environment
where the student feels safe, valued and motivated to learn Use creative and alternative ways of communicating, including
visual supports, practical activities and kinaesthetic, play-based learning Develop a
strong, trusting relationship
with the student, celebrating their progress and achievements along the way Work with the family to
support the student's development and progress Have the
support from an Academics team member
every step of the way We're Looking For: Experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher, HLTA or SEN professional Individual with experience supporting
children or young people with SEN Patient, empathetic and nurturing
professional who can create a calm and positive learning environment Engaging and motivating educator who can build a strong connection with a student on a
1:1 basis Excellent communicator with strong
relationship-building skills Professional with a genuine passion for helping young people
