Are you a passionate SEN Tutor who wants to make a genuine difference to a young person's education and confidence?

Academics are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition and personalised support to a student with SEN in the Tunbridge Wells area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher, HLTA or experienced education professional who enjoys building strong relationships and creating engaging, personalised learning experiences.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 tuition to a student with SEN
• Create a supportive, positive and engaging learning environment
• Adapt learning to suit the student's individual needs and abilities
• Build confidence, motivation and a positive attitude towards education
• Develop a strong and trusting relationship with the student
• Work closely with the family and Academics to support progress

We're Looking For:

• An experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher, HLTA or SEN professional
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
• A patient, empathetic and nurturing approach
• Someone who can engage and motivate a student on a 1:1 basis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential

Role: SEN Tutor - 1:1 Tuition

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
