SENCO: Flexible, Impactful SEND Leader

Elementa Support Services Ltd is seeking experienced SENCOs to join our network of schools and SEND settings across South Gloucestershire. Roles include part-time and full-time positions in mainstream, SEND and PRU environments, with flexible contracting options.

As SENCO, you will lead SEND provision, manage EHCP processes, and collaborate with senior leaders, teachers and external agencies to improve outcomes for children with SEND. Flexible working across settings is available.
