SENCo / Head of Learning Support

What we need

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional SENCo/Head ofLearning Support to lead on theoperations of the Specialised Learning Centre and to support the SeniorLeadership Team in the implementation of the Academy’s inclusion strategy. The successful candidate will lead therunning of the Department, to ensure that successful teaching & learningand development of the Department take place.The SENCo/Head of Learning Support will be expected to take an active interest in the wider aspects of leadershipand Inclusion within the Academy, helping to remove barriers to learning wherethey exist.
