Are you a SENCo looking for pre-booked opportunities in Greenwich?
Whether you're an experienced SENCo or a qualified teacher looking to take on a SEN leadership role, Ribbons & Reeves have a range of opportunities across primary and secondary schools.
We work with schools requiring planned cover, meaning you'll be offered pre-arranged assignments rather than unpredictable day-to-day work. Opportunities range from short-term cover to long-term maternity, sickness and sabbatical positions, as well as temporary-to-permanent roles.
About the SENCo role:
Pre-booked short-term and long-term assignments Opportunities across primary and secondary schools Long-term maternity, sabbatical and sickness cover available Temp-to-perm opportunities Competitive weekly PAYE pay Paid in line with AWR where applicable No umbrella companies Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement What we're looking for: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes Strong communication and organisational skills Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one We're looking for reliable and experienced education professionals who can quickly understand a school's SEN provision, support staff effectively and ensure pupils receive appropriate support. Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
