SEND Family Support Worker: Help Families Thrive

Lancashire County Council in Lancashire is hiring a Permanent Family Support Worker to join the Children and Family Wellbeing Service. The post is full-time (37 hours per week) and permanent, across Lancaster, Morecambe, Fylde and Wyre, supporting Children and Young People with SEND and their Families.

The role focuses on working with education and health professionals to implement inclusion plans and provide long-term, personalised support to children and families with identified needs.
