London South East Colleges is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to provide high‑quality learning and accessibility support for learners with SEND. You will work with individuals or small groups, promoting independence while maintaining dignity and respect.

The role requires strong literacy/numeracy, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build trusting relationships with learners, staff and families in a diverse setting. Some personal care and mobility assistance may be involved.
