SEND Learning Support Assistant – Primary (Enfield)

Philosophy Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Enfield to support children with SEND in a dedicated primary school setting. The role involves working within a specialist SEND class, providing targeted assistance and implementing individual support plans to help pupils engage with learning.

The successful candidate will have experience with SEND, a compassionate approach, and a collaborative mindset to work with teachers, SENCO and colleagues.
