Pay: 105- 1115 per day

Type: Full time, long term with possibility to become permanent

About the Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of young children with special needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation
• Providing individual and group support to children
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Helping with the assessment and monitoring of children's progress
• Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young children is essential
• Teaching assistant Level 2-3 is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
