The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will deliver highly personalised learning that celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. This position is based in Walsall and offers a rewarding scope to broaden your SEN teaching experience in an environment where every child is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, personalised lessons to meet individual EHCP outcomes
• Support pupils with complex learning, physical and sensory needs
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and healthcare professionals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records
• Promote independence, communication and confidence throughout the school day

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum of 6 months' experience teaching pupils with SEN within a UK school
• Experience differentiating learning to meet complex needs
• Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months

• Contract type: Long-term with potential for permanence
• Start date: September 2026
• Salary: £140 - £253 per day
