Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Mansfield
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £92.63 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND school based in Mansfield, supporting students with a variety of Special educational needs including PMLD, ASD, ADHD, MLS etc
The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support across day-to-day bookings which is great fror pople who are looking for flexibility in their work. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with students and staff to provide individual and group support, helping learners with a range of SEND to access their education and engage positively within the school environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- A valid DBS, or be willing to obtain the appropriate checks
- Experience supporting children, young people or adults with SEND
- Confidence working with students aged 16-25 with a variety of additional needs
- A patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
