Location: Bristol Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply Pay Rate: £92.00 - £115.00 per day (depending on experience and role) Start Date: Immediate starts available

Your Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development Implement strategies outlined in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs Support pupils during classroom activities, breaktimes, and school outings where required Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and SEND policies at all times

Requirements

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable Experience within a school, care, residential, youth work, or support setting is advantageous Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs is beneficial A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK
