Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are currently recruiting dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work in a number of specialist SEND schools across Leicestershire. We have a range of full-time permanent and temporary positions available, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with a variety of additional needs, providing both one-to-one and small group support. You will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must have:
✅ Previous experience working with SEND children or young people ✅ Experience within either a primary or secondary school setting ✅ A patient, caring, and adaptable approach ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✅ A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
