SEND Youth Job Coach — Part-Time & Flexible

InspireU in Gainsborough is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support learners aged 16-24 with SEND, helping them access and succeed in work placements across Lincolnshire with tailored, person-centred support.

You will work on-site and in the community, across sectors such as retail, engineering and cleaning, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and collaboration with the Careers team. A full UK driving licence is essential and hybrid working will be a feature.
