Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage 5G network elements, including core network functions and RAN components.
• Monitor network performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement optimizations for capacity and efficiency.
• Develop and execute test plans for new features and software upgrades in a virtualized environment.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate new technologies and ensure interoperability.
• Contribute to network planning and capacity management to support future growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience in 5G network engineering , with a strong understanding of 5G core architecture and protocols (NSA/SA).
• Proficiency in network virtualization technologies (NFV/SDN) and cloud-native principles.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with RAN technologies and optimization techniques.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote , international team environment.
