Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify future needs.

Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) as an Account Manager or in a related client-facing strategic role.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and exceeding retention/growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional and confident approach.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management best practices.
