Senior Accountant – About The Role

The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients while getting involved across a broad range of work. xwwtmva You will have plenty of autonomy, with direct access to the Partners and the opportunity to take on additional responsibility as your experience develops.  Key responsibilities:

• 
  
• Managing a varied portfolio of clients
  
• Preparing statutory accounts and year-end accounts
  
• Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting personal tax work
  
• Producing management accounts and financial information for clients
  
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  
• Reviewing work and supporting more junior members of the team
  
• Helping clients with day-to-day accounting queries
  
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the service provided
  
• Working closely with the Partners on more complex assignments
  
• Building your knowledge across accounts, tax and advisory services 
  

The successful Senior Accountant will have:

• 
  
• ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing qualification
  
• Previous UK accountancy practice experience
