Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support within their busy office environment in Leicester . This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow across various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Assist with the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring seamless logistical support.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for office-related services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar senior support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in managing meeting logistics and preparing meeting materials.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
