Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize electronic calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for multiple executives and teams remotely.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects as requested.
- Provide logistical support for virtual meetings and events, including setting up video conferencing and managing attendee invitations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are a plus.
