If you’re an experienced people manager who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, this Senior Administration Manager role offers genuine ownership across people, performance, and operational delivery. You’ll manage the Client and Pension Administration teams, ensuring workloads, SLAs, quality and customer outcomes remain on track.
This is a hands-on management position within a scaling business. You’ll be expected to understand the detail, spot problems before they become issues, challenge performance when standards slip, and work closely with senior leadership to continually improve how the teams operate.

- Salary £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management, workload allocation and performance of the Client and Pension Administration teams.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, workloads, capacity, quality and backlogs, taking action when performance moves off track.
- Coach and develop team members while maintaining clear accountability and high operational standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and process improvements, working with senior leadership to resolve issues and support continued growth.
About You
- Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced, process-driven environment, ideally within a start-up or scaling business.
- Track record of managing KPIs, SLAs, workloads and performance against clear operational standards.
- Experience developing people while confidently addressing performance issues and maintaining accountability.
