About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join their team in Bristol , operating on a hybrid work model. This role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage complex administrative processes, providing crucial support to senior management and key departments. You will be instrumental in improving administrative efficiency, managing key projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of both remote and in-office functions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including complex scheduling and correspondence management.
- Coordinate departmental projects, track progress, and report on outcomes.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) in an administrative role, with demonstrated progression to a senior level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
- Experience within a professional services firm is advantageous in Bristol .
