Key Responsibilities

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle for new aerospace projects, from concept development through to production.
• Define system requirements, architecture, and interface control documents (ICDs) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee the integration, testing, and validation of complex aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses to inform design decisions and optimize system solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in systems engineering within a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering , with a proven track record in complex project delivery.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering methodologies, tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo), and standards (e.g., ARP4754).
• Experience with simulation, modelling, and analysis tools relevant to aerospace systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, essential for effective remote work.
