About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and expert Senior Aesthetician & Skincare Specialist to join their prestigious clinic in Oxford . This role involves providing advanced skincare treatments, consultations, and personalized treatment plans to a diverse clientele. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of skin physiology and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results and ensure the highest level of client care. As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to the training of junior staff and uphold the clinic's reputation for excellence and innovation in aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including peels, microdermabrasion, and specialized therapies.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and create bespoke treatment plans based on individual client needs and concerns.
• Provide expert advice on skincare regimes, product selection, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal skin health.
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Mentor and train junior aestheticians, sharing advanced techniques and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest developments in aesthetic technology and skincare science.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
• Proven expertise in performing advanced facial treatments and using various aesthetic modalities.
• In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Exceptional client consultation skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuous learning in Oxford .
