Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and manage expectations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous client records and ensure all treatments are performed safely and effectively.
- Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic treatments.
Requirements
- Qualification in advanced skincare or aesthetic treatments (e.g., Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
- Proven expertise in a variety of advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies.
- Excellent understanding of dermatology, skin physiology, and corrective treatments.
- Strong communication, client management, and ethical practice skills.
