Job Overview
VANRATH are working with a leading professional services and technology organisation that is continuing to expand its AI and Data capability and is looking to bring talented technology professionals into the team.
This is a Senior AI Consultant opportunity, working across complex client projects and helping organisations use AI, data and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and deliver meaningful transformation.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' relevant experience across AI, data, technology consulting or a related area, with strong client facing and technical capabilities.
That said, the team is growing and is looking for talent at a range of levels. If you feel you may be slightly too junior for this particular role, please still get in touch. There may be opportunities to join at a different level and develop within the team. Equally, if you're more senior and interested in a role where you can bring your experience, mentor others and help shape a growing capability, we'd be keen to hear from you.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex problems and applying modern technology to real world business challenges.
Essential Criteria
We're looking for candidates with:
- Around 5 years' relevant experience in AI, data, technology consulting, intelligent automation, software development or a related field
- Experience working with modern AI and/or data technologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
- A proactive approach to learning and keeping up with emerging technologies
- The ability to work collaboratively within a wider consulting or technology team
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, this role does not offer sponsorship
Databricks and/or Snowflake experience is highly desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI or Copilot Studio would be advantageous, but is not essential.
