Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering on large, diverse datasets.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and model performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's best practices in data science and AI.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in various machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
