Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.

• Work with large text datasets, performing feature engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate NLP solutions into customer-facing applications.
• Contribute to research and development efforts in advanced NLP techniques, including large language models (LLMs).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall AI strategy and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP.
• Expertise in Python and core NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for NLP tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for deploying NLP models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
