Senior AI Engineer | AI Research | London | Up to £150k

Oliver Bernard have partnered with a stealth-mode AI start-up working on cutting-edge research across LLMs, reinforcement learning and AI agents.

They’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong mix of research and software engineering experience join their team and work on some genuinely challenging problems across LLMs, reinforcement learning and agentic systems.

The role will cover:

• Building AI agents
• Developing feedback loops
• AI research

You’ll need strong software engineering fundamentals alongside experience in areas such as LLM training, RL, post-training or evaluation .
