Senior AI Engineering Lead – FinTech & Fashion Tech

ASOS is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to architect, lead and grow our AI engineering team in FinTech and Fashion Tech. You will line manage AI Engineers, still code when needed, and ensure delivery end-to-end from problem understanding to live deployment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architectural direction, cost and quality governance, and collaboration with central AI and business teams to automate finance and merchandising processes at scale.
