Senior AI Platform Engineer — Build, Govern and Scale AI

Janus Henderson is undertaking a firm-wide AI transformation and seeks a hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineer to own the day-to-day engineering of the AI estate, from Azure AI Foundry and the model gateway through to Claude and Copilot services.

You will drive onboarding pilots, automate provisioning, set governance controls, and partner with AI Engineering, AI Architecture, and Procurement to balance risk, cost, and performance.
