Key Responsibilities
- Lead independent research projects in advanced AI domains, including machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Develop and implement novel AI algorithms, models, and frameworks to solve complex real-world problems.
- Analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and design experiments to validate research hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems.
- Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals, and present research to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of significant contributions to AI research, demonstrated through publications, patents, or open-source projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, with extensive experience in ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong theoretical understanding of core AI concepts and practical experience in applying them.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote , asynchronous environment.
