About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect to join their technology strategy team in Portsmouth . This role is crucial in designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative AI solutions that address complex business needs. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that AI strategies are effectively translated into scalable and robust architectures. Working within our client's Portsmouth office, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation through AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand requirements and identify AI opportunities.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and tools for implementation.
- Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact and applicability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of various AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
- Proven experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
- Excellent knowledge of data architecture, big data technologies, and MLOps principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
