Senior AI Solutions Consultant — Ship Real AI Capabilities

Ocho People is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Consultant in the United Kingdom. You will sit between customers and the platform, running discovery, shaping requirements, and building it with code and AI tooling.

You will lead technical discovery sessions, design AI solutions, and take ownership of delivering them, including LLM and agent-based workflows on the core platform. Expect interaction with senior stakeholders from day one in a fast-moving, regulated-environment setting.
