Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Lead AI Workflows & Deployments

Ocho People is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer in the UK to design AI-driven workflows and agent pipelines on our core platform, including high-stakes defence and national security contexts.

You will own technical decisions end to end, translate customer problems into deployable solutions, mentor engineers, and partner with customers through discovery, PoC and live deployment, with direct access to founders.
