About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Air Traffic Controller to join their operational team at a key aviation hub in Belfast . This critical role involves managing and coordinating air traffic movements safely and efficiently within a designated airspace, ensuring the smooth flow of aircraft and preventing collisions. You will be responsible for making split-second decisions, communicating complex instructions clearly, and maintaining vigilance under pressure. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control air traffic in assigned airspace, ensuring safe separation standards are maintained at all times.

• Communicate effectively with pilots, providing clear and concise clearances and advisories.
• Coordinate traffic flow with adjacent control sectors and other relevant aviation authorities.

Requirements

• Valid Air Traffic Controller license with appropriate ratings for the assigned airspace.
• Significant experience in a demanding air traffic control environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused.
