About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Air Traffic Controller to join their fully remote operational team. This critical role involves managing and directing aircraft movements safely and efficiently, ensuring the smooth flow of air traffic within assigned airspace. You will leverage advanced communication and surveillance technologies to maintain separation standards and prevent collisions. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide aircraft in a safe, orderly, and expeditious manner using radar, visual, and communication systems.
• Monitor air traffic activity, anticipate potential conflicts, and take immediate action to maintain separation.
• Communicate effectively with pilots, other controllers, and relevant aviation authorities, providing critical flight information.
• Adhere strictly to all national and international air traffic control regulations and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior controllers, sharing expertise and best practices in flight management .

Requirements

• Valid Air Traffic Controller license with relevant ratings (e.g., Area Control, Approach Control).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in air traffic control.
• Extensive knowledge of airspace management , navigation aids, and meteorological conditions.
• Proven ability to perform under high pressure and make critical decisions rapidly.
• Excellent communication, concentration, and situational awareness skills.
