Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft types.
• Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring all repairs meet stringent aviation standards.
• Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and service bulletins to guide maintenance activities.
• Supervise and guide a team of aircraft maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of safety and precision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance performed, including parts used and labour hours.
• Collaborate with flight operations and engineering departments to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• A recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in aircraft engineering.
• Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer , with significant experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and avionics.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and engineering schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
